Get your comics printed and distributed for free

Posted by on August 1, 2007

A new “alt” weekly paper is in town now… It’s called “The Prysms.” It’s more or less a “citizen” paper, and they’re calling on citizens to get involved to submit articles, which includes fiction. They didn’t say anything about “comics” inside, but I’m sure comics would be more than welcome.

The paper seems to have LOTS of open space at the moment, and they have a wide distribution around town. Just think of all the people who could see your comic across town! It’s rare that space like this comes around for citizens, so I hope someone takes advantage of it.

Sell your comics at the Spare Parts Gallery

Posted by on August 1, 2007

Someone from the newish Spare Parts Gallery (on 9th st) told me that they’d be interested in selling your self published comics there if you want. This sounds like a good opportunity to get your comics in the hands of a different audience that doesn’t frequent comic shops … Give it a try!
