Former resident writes graphic novel with Harvey Pekar & Ed Piskor
According to the Tribune’s Cool Dry Place blog, Heather Roberson, a former resident of Columbia, worked with Harvey Pekar and Ed Piskor to create the new graphic novel Macedonia. The blog also says that Heather will be here in October to give some talks about the book.
Listen to Heather talk about the book on this archived broadcast (MP3) from local radio station KOPN during “Women’s Issues, Women’s Voices” on 07-05-07.
Update: Guess I missed this, but Heather Roberson gave a lecture about the graphic novel at the Peace Nook on October 4th.
