Cartoonist DJ at Mojos
East Coast DJ Mark E. Moon will make an appearance at tonight (March 1st) playing music at the True and False Film Fest’s Mojos-a-go-go. It starts around 9pm at Mojos, and the cost is $8 to get in.
According to Pete Bland’s Tribune blog, Mark E. Moon is also known as Jef Czekaj, the cartoonist responsible for Grampa and Julie: Shark Hunters that was collected into a book by Top Shelf, and is seen in Nickelodeon magazine. Pete Bland also did a short interview with him for the Tribune. You can check out his website for more info on his comics, zines & music.
